Biography
John Baker is a Founding Partner with the law firm of Baker | Moran. John represents electric utility companies and pipeline companies in all facets of right of way acquisitions, including due diligence, contract negotiations, document review, and eminent domain matters. With the great demand for energy infrastructure in Texas, clients have also looked to John for representation in commercial real estate transactions, including purchase of real property for, among other things, gas processing facilities and electric substation facilities. John is also a certified instructor for the International Right of Way Association.
