Biography
Preston Dobbs is a Founding Partner with the law firm of Baker | Moran. Preston represents cities, pipeline companies, and electric utility companies in all facets of right of way acquisitions, including due diligence, contract negotiations, document review, and eminent domain matters.  Preston also focuses on land and mineral title issues, including the preparation of oil and gas title opinions. In addition, he has extensive experience litigating commercial landlord/tenant matters.
