Biography
Scott Moran is a Founding Partner with the law firm of Baker | Moran. Scott represents electric utility companies and pipeline companies in all facets of right of way acquisitions. Scott’s clients have also looked to Scott for representation in various real estate transactions, including the purchase of property for, among other things, pipeline facilities and electric transmission line facilities. Scott is also a certified instructor for the International Right of Way Association and a certified mediator.
