Biography
Michael E. Ma is a Founding Partner with the law firm of Baker | Moran. Michael represents clients in a variety of property related matters and focuses on eminent domain litigation including all aspects of land acquisitions from negotiations through condemnation.  With the increased development and growth in North Texas, coupled with the demand for the associated infrastructure in Texas, clients have also looked to Michael for representation in other property related matters such as complex land acquisitions, sub-station acquisitions, appearing for public meetings in conjunction with new projects, and general litigation. Michael is also fluent in Mandarin Chinese and has an international business background with executive managerial experience.
