Biography
Lance Caughfield is a Partner with the law firm of Baker | Moran. Lance is a board certified appellate attorney who also maintains a healthy trial and complex litigation practice. Because of Lance's extensive litigation background and his continuing litigation practice, he is uniquely situated to handle an appeal. Lance brings his litigation knowledge and expertise into every appellate matter he handles. Lance's litigation experience is vast and varied. It includes such areas as complex business litigation, intellectual property litigation, real property disputes, contract claims, insurance litigation, products liability claims, and personal injury litigation. Lance is also an effective mediator who knows how to resolve conflicts. Because of his experience and reputation as both a plaintiff and defense attorney, Lance is particularly well-suited for mediation in cases that involve difficult matters and the need for the evaluation and problem-solving expertise of an attorney whom all parties can trust.
