Biography
Scott Doggett represents public and private clients in real property litigation, with an emphasis on condemnation, inverse condemnation, mineral disputes and other land use conflicts. Scott has over 24 years of litigation experience, as an Assistant Attorney General and private practitioner, in matters involving utilities, highways, educational and research institutions, entertainment and sports venues, airports and agribusinesses. Prior to beginning his legal career, Scott was a real estate broker and appraiser, with oil and gas, and land management experience. Scott offers his clients a unique perspective, having represented parties as plaintiffs and defendants in various civil cases.
